The room featured a spacious layout. it included a comfortable king size bed. the windows could be opened. this allowed for fresh air. parking was ample. Even with a wedding taking place. i found this particularly convenient. the breakfast selection provided both quality choices and ample food.
the hotel only provided two cups and two glasses in a room reserved for a family of four, we had to request extra amenities. this was addressed quickly.

The room was clean with basic facilities like shower gels and coffee provided i found it spacious and well appointed too the staff were helpful and cheerful always ready to assist. i liked that checking in and out was easy plus the room service quickly brought up a menu upon request. maintenance was prompt when we needed help with the heating. Very efficient.
the pillows felt awful and cheap also very soft i could see light from the bar coming through the curtains at night. i think the hotel should improve the quality and comfort of the pillows provided .

the hotel is close to supermarkets , made it easy to get any needed supplies i also observed plenty of parking space available which was very useful driving to the hotel.

The room was acceptable. The bed was quite comfortable.
I had a problem with the room's temperature. It became too hot because the windows faced the restaurant and i couldn't open them. there were only two cups and glasses even though i booked for a family of four. i needed more towels, but the staff addressed the problem quickly.

the room was ideal.
The noise from next door was so loud. It was like they were in our room. we had an adjoining door and they must have had theirs ajar and were having some kind of party. reception dealt with it promptly when i complained but then rang me back to let me know, it woke up my children who had managed to sleep through the noise. it also clearly identified me as the person who had complained as they could also hear everything from our room.

the staff were friendly and helpful there.
I was disappointed the tvs could use an update to smart tvs though they were fine. the temporary 'restaurant' is depressing, the 'bar' is a hatch in the wall with nowhere to sit.
